Who do I contact if my product isn’t working as expected?

Product Guarantees Guarantee claims must be made through the retailer (your place of purchase), where you will need to provide proof of purchase. Product Repairs and Servicing To save you time and money, our Technical Department can talk you through minor repairs. We can help you maintain and prolong the life of your tool. Some of our products will require regular servicing to keep your equipment in good working order, such as oil changes for certain compressors, which we can advise on.
